Remove one major flaw.

You really should replace the outdated K-Lite Codec Pack 9.4.0 with a more recent version like 10.8.0 that is not 2 years old, there have been over 25 new K-Lite versions released, one alone in this month! There is no understandable reason why you would ship that outdated codecs.
